My favorite comfort food is homemade chicken noodle soup.
On a cold Sunday afternoon, watching a LIFETIME movie...looking at the snow coming down....and I'm warm and comforted with homemade chicken soup!

My favorite comfort foods are Homemade Pie and Fried Green Tomatoes.
Fried Green Tomatoes are definitely a seasonal treat...got to get the best tomatoes I can, either at the peak of tomato season in the garden or the end of the frost, when there are lots of greenies hanging about.

Being a native Brummie, my favourite food is a good Balti, but I now live in Cornwall, and cannot get a decent one down here, there is only one Indian restaurant for 5 miles, and it aint up to much. Anyone know how to make a good one?

My favourite comfort food is chilli served with tacos, cheese, chipotle salsa and maybe some lettuce. Not seasonal.

Comfort food, eh? I've never thought about it. It really just depends on what I'm going through. I've had sudden cravings for ice cream sandwiches, chips and salsa, nachos, hot dogs, all sorts of stuff. Those are just the most recent cravings.

Chinese style ribs chopped up into mouthful sized pieces and ovened. Serve with a dip made from 4 parts soy sauce to one part lime juice and chop in a chilli for heat. Lovely.

my comfort food is either pasta or instant oatmeal. it really all depends how I'm feeling, though. yesterday, my comfort food was an entire pint of Ben & Jerrys ice cream, with chocolate syrup. . . . it depends

Its not really seasonal but my favourite would have to be, toast :) with butter and the butter has to melt on the top :)
