Would like to hear from some owners, etc. about the Denali; is it a good truck, do you enjoy it, is the third row seat leg room adequate?, etc.

Just Make Sure that you drive the standard Denali and the XL

Because the third row does eat up cargo room if you have a full house and try to but a 27" TV in the back
other than that both are the same just the XL is 3-6 inches longer

The Denali are very good SUV with more power than Fords and better Gas mileage than DODGE or Chrysler and it just feels right

The CON is if you want something different....

well GMC and Chevys are #1 in coustomer satifaction and it seems like everyone has one. I say BUY

My daughter has an 04 Tahoe with the 5.7 motor which pulls a 4,900 Mastercraft boat and trailer 5,000 miles per year. Total miles now 38,685. I replaced original rear disc brake pads two wks.ago with orig. AC-Delco pads. No rotor damage. Front pads. were still good. Don't know exactly why as typically fronts wear faster. Rear pads and calipers are massive for good stopping power.
The truck's never been in the shop for any reason but regular service - IE. - oil and filter changes. They decided early on to use synthetic Quaker State 5W-30 in the crankcase because of towing.
I've ridden in my nephew's new full sized Land Rover. The ride and handling can't be compared to the Tahoe.
The 07's are better yet. Coil springs instead of torsion bars in the front. Same multi-link coil spring rear end. I stand 6'4" and have 13AA feet and have more than adequate room in the rear.
In my opinion you're making a solid choice. The 08's will be tuned to operate on regular 87 gasoline or higher octane E-85 fuel. Power increases by 25 hp. but fuel economy drops by 5 mpg.

Great truck V8 380 HP! Great Pickup on the highways! Handles Great! NIce interior choices! The room in the third row is much better then a Lincoln Navigator! The Seats in the back are nice and flat! Nice and comfortable! The 2nd row seats fold down. Well... only the top part. Limited speed to 96 Miles per hour. Average 11 Miles Per Gallon. Nice Truck.

Being the editor of Motor Trend, I have driven lots of cars, and I have to tell you GMC and Chevy have the best quality I've ever seen. In my GMC Denali Test drive, I drove it 58,000 miles across the country and paid less than 150 bucks for routine maintenance-and i thrashed that Truck. I went off-roading, I went uphill, downhill, in snowy, windy, and sweltering hot weather, and it held up so well, I have to give it an 8.6 out of 10. Just to be sure, that is very good.

But don't take my word for it, take the consumer's:

The gas intake isn't that attractive though, I'd recommend the Chevy Tahoe Hybrid to get around 25 MPG instead of the GMC's 18.

May your choice be the best

i've got been using an 07 Denali and genuinely like it. My pal has a QX56 and that i took her out the different nighttime and she or he fell in love with it. She suggested it rode lots extra valuable and looks to have lots extra valuable p.c.. up than her Infiniti. The Denali is likewise going to be much less high priced out of guarantee. in case you want a used QX56 i will in all probability sell you my acquaintances because of the fact she is finding into procuring and merchandising for a Denali.
