I had this dream when i looked at my reflection in the mirror i looked as if i was an old man or a zombie and the reflection jumped out at me and started to choke me and hit me could this mean something?

It sounds like you have very low self-esteem, and have a fear of success in your life. Your dream is indicative of your fears trying to destroy you or hurt you.
One thing you can do is sit down and assess your life, good and bad. If it seems mostly bad, I'm sorry. But you need to assess the bad, write it down, and burn it. Today is the day to choose life over death.
Next, write down all the good things you can think of and focus on them. Do things again that you used to enjoy as a little kid. Go online to joke sites and read a few funny jokes and laugh and let go. Forgive yourself of the bad things in your life, forgive others of the bad things they have done to you, and let go of your hatred and resentment to yourself and others.
It takes a while, but letting go of the bad will help you recognize the good, and your life will get better.

This is what your dream means. The reflection represents your true character as worn out and possessed by certain issues in your life. Your reflection jumping on you represents the things which you have allowed to accumulate in your life will turn on you and work again you, beating you down.

That would be a demonic dream, that you need to ask God to help you in. This isn't you, it is a demon pretending to be you.
If you are a born again Christian, it could be the strongholds of your oldman that died.
