When someone at a grocery store is putting out meat and customers get in front of them and start grabbing or grab off the meat rack that they carry the meat on.some people have no manners and no patience.

saves a step for the kid putting out the meat
Unless they are messing up the order of the meats on the tray
but if they just grab a pack of steaks

No, it's not rude. The workers usually expect it because sometimes people are pressed for time, or they see a particular item they really want. As long as they don't impede the employee it's perfectly acceptable.

That's why I do my grocery shopping at 3 in the morning...I can't stand people who think their time is more important than yours.

I don't think it's rude to take it off the cart. It's one less pkg the person has to put out & you know it's fresh.
