They do fart in a loud manner but they stay away from the public because they don't have a choice. If they fart silently, people around her will be disgusted about the scent and if she farts loudly, people would hear it but won't smell it. It's just like they say "a loud fart is tolerable than a silent fart"

Guys think farts are the single most hilarious thing in the world and girls are taught to be ladylike.
Guys blast em, girls disguise them.
Girls will cough, hiccup, chuckle, snicker or do anything except own one.
Guys on the other hand have been known to do the dance of the flaming A**holes..
It's all about the differences between men and women.
Until they marry or live together. Then there is no hiding it. By then it hardly matters. The guy already loves you and your gas..

Some younger gals do everything in their power to hide the fact they, too, have bodily functions. Once you get older, we figure who the hell cares and just let 'em rrrriiiiiipppppp!
Wanna see a funny sketch about farts? Watch the deleted scenes from the movie "Love Actually." There one where a kid gets in trouble for writing an essay about his christmas wish being he wished he could see people's farts! They show the Queen of England walking and all these bubbles coming out of her backside. Freakin' hilarious!

Because they are more discreet and do not blast them out like the boys do. My wife and I are the exception to the rule though, as we compete to see who rips the loudest ones.
