EVERY country got some restriction to get into it.Some country violate human rights also,when they checkup Migrants.I want to know some country which allow all human beings without visa and treat them respectfully.

Open your eyes needs to open his or her eyes. Britain has the most stringent Visa requirements in Europe. Even if you have a visa there is still a realistic chance that you might be sent home without ever setting foot outside the Airport.
All the Visa applications go through Italian Embassy so their Visa law applies. Besides its not really a country but an autonomous domain of Italy.
In a nutshell there's no country in the world which doesn't have some sort of visa requirements in place. But if you are white person from Europe or US or Australia or NZ then that would help,

A British citizen can enter into any commonwealth countriy without a visa. All other countries demand visa or issue visa at airport.

philippines, you can enter in the airport just show your passport and your pocket money.filipinos are very nice and hospitable.as long as your not wanted or terrorist you'll be fine here.
