I really believe there is something to that. Many Asian and black Americans who have had the desire to pursue an education have excelled. I have a grandson in an upper lever high school study and there are several in his class.

It sort of like the saying, "the cream will rise to to top". Given the opportunity to further their education, those who really desire to be successful, do excell.

Someone has found a correlation. Obviously many factors could be affecting the statistics, so best not to draw conclusions yet.
