Yes, you postpone your birthday to the next week. A wedding can't be rescheduled but a birthday certainly can be done at another time. Don't mention anything about it being your birthday at the wedding either.

I'd go to the wedding too. With no mention of my birthday. I'd just schedule my birthday party for a week ahead or a week after the wedding.

sure just celebrate yours earlier in the day if it's a pm wedding or vice versa. or the day before or after. you can do both.
