Keep the puppy extremely hydrated [otherwise the vomiting and diarrhea will result in dangerous dehydration] until you can take it to the vet (and please do so ASAP)... But make sure you give the little guy lukewarm water because anything too cold will upset its stomach even more.
♥ God bless
As for everyone who is freaking out over this question: Haven't you ever been so upset that you weren't sure what you should do next? Even if it seems completely obvious to an onlooker?
Advice at this point is helpful, not insults. Let's try to think of the pup.

Call your vet or local animal hospital and GET IN. Sounds like worms, very common at this age. The vet will do routine check, worm and vaccinate if puppy needs them.
Your pup is a little young to have been taken from the litter but not dangerously so. His tummy isn't developed for big food meals yet- so this is what you need to feed him/her.
Plain cooked white rice and boiled chicken in 50/50 ratio. No spices! Grind it up in a food processor and be sure it's cooled. Feed in small amounts, frequently and graduate to larger portions less often. When you switch to a canned food be sure to mix small amounts with the bland diet, adding more until it is all can over time. Always give access to fresh water. My dogs go for the salt lick in the pasture during the summer heat too, though it isn't a requirement.
Get yourself a reference book on LABS, they have needs and behaviors that are breed specific. This little pup will be with you for the next 15 years or so, best get up to speed now.
I hope your puppy gets better quick.

A seven week old puppy is sick... and you're not already at the Vet because WHY??
If you had a six month old baby who was vomiting and had diarrhea, would you even HESITATE to go to the doctor? Why is the puppy any different??
Call the vet - there ought to be an emergency vet clinic that's open near you, and most vets will leave the information on their voicemail on who to contact in case of emergency.

How long has the puppy had diarrhea and been vomiting. The combination of the two can lead to dehydration quickly and that becomes and emergency and life threatening FAST.
If it's been more than 24 hours, get her to an emergency vet asap.

A 7wk old puppy with vomiting and diahorrea needs a trip to the vet ASAP!!
Puppies become dehydrated very quickly, and this is life threatening.
You won't get the answer on here only a vet can help on this one.

CALL YOUR VETERINARIAN !!! Or, look in the yellow pages or phone book for a 24 hr. animal hospital !!!
Sometimes, if my dog has an upset stomach i give a low dosage (1 or 1/2 pill) of pepto bismol. Only, give a low/children's dosage. You might want to ask your vet before you give any new medication whether it's over the counter or prescription. Good Luck, Take care of that puppy :)

Take him/her to the vet as soon as you can. Your puppy may have accidently ate something that is poisonous to dogs but not to humans. After you take the puppy to the vet (who will hopefully know why you dog is sick), look around and clean your house to make sure that there isn't anything that will make he/she sick again.

you should go to your local pet hospital. My pup was vomiting too.So, they had to operate her sep.2.But, it's 7 weeks OLD!!
I'm not sure if this guy could pass it.But, still, just get a check up with her again, so you'll know what to do.
