the majority of dreams i have are related with school in one way or the other - nothng bad - most of the time i dream about an ordinary day at school talking to my friends.
what could the school dreams mean?

most of these dreams have a certain person in them - a boy ive fancied for ages that im really close mates with. i mostly dream about just talking to this boy in my dream and last night in my dream this boy told me he was going to ring me. so i waited and then he rang.
i was still in my dream but i could actually hear my phone ringing, but i couldn't move top answer it, it was like i was conscious but still dreaming. i woke up awhile later and i had a missed call from this boy in real life.
what does this part mean? is it a form of lucid dreaming?

It's not exactly lucid dreaming, because you couldn't control what was happening. In this case, you heard the phone, but weren't sufficiently awake to get up and answer it. There's always a moment of paralysis upon awakening, although it's such a small amount of time we don't recognize it most of the time.

Your dreams deal, as you say, with daily life, your inner thoughts and your needs and desires. It's either coincidental that you dreamed of the boy just as he was calling you or else the call could have triggered the dream.

I've practiced lucid dreaming, and it has succeeded twice. However, I'm not so sure lucid dreaming is healthy because it's the only time our subconscious is permitted to rise to the surface. For that reason, I've stopped trying lucid dreaming and have decided to let my dreams (my thoughts) take me where they may.

I think the phone really was ringing - you just thought you were still in the dream. You are having what I call 'awake dreams' and these don't happen too often but when they do it is always strange as you realise you are in a dream but are trying to relate to the people around you and they are not aware you are there. Very weird! By the way, you are very obviously English right? I was at one time.

Most dream theorists say that most of our dreams are used to process reality. So if life going pretty much okay, than our dreams will reflect that. As we wake we normally incorporate reality into our dreams, which can feel weird but is normal.

At the same time, some theorize that some of our dreams for some people are actually prophetic. However it seems like yours was mostly the incorporation of reality.

i have had very similiar experiences.
1. you dream about school b/c that is your life
2. you dream about the boy you fancy and are close to b/c you are in love ? Also, perhaps he wants to be with you too; so his spirit finds you?
3, I think your missed call experience shows that when he thinks of you you may dream of him.

I have also had dreams where I know i need to wake up but I cannot and i cannot move; but don't have them anymore. Thai tradition says it is because of how your sleep; that is, if you sleep with your bed a certain direction it will cause you to have these types of dreams.

Best wishes..

Your body will often take outside stimuli ( the sound of your ringing phone ) and insert it into your dreamworld. No crazy interpretations, just normal life.

Relax and go ahead and call him back!

Yes it was probably lucid dreaming. I prefer to call it Astral Projection. You probably subconciously Astral Projected to wherever he was, then when he called u maybe you didnt know how to go back in your own body.

Sorry. in the previous I created Jesus, i attempted to create an incubus to flow down and impregnate Mary, besides the fact that it grew to become out to be gay and not fascinated. this is when I invented the Holy Spirit. besides, this incubus looks lots like Jesus, so as this is in all probability who you observed, no longer the real Jesus.

That does sound a little cool and creepy at the same time but sometimes they say if you really want something hard enough you will get it. :-)
