He say its over , that things would never work between us and that he doesnt love me anymore but he comes back a few months or even a year later..it has happened to me with almost all the guys ive been with, they have also come back and proved in many ways that they really want to give it another try n that he would do anythin to make it work. R all men like that??? N why do they do it?

because it didnt work out with the girl that they were seeing. I dont think it has anything to do with lover personally. alot of people dont want to see their ex with someone else even if they dont plan on getting back with them. maybe when you get more experience in the world then you will understand.

Because they like to see you miserable. When someone is not happy and sees someone else happy and occupied with something or someone more positive, they are selfish and want to stamp out that person's happiness.
It also gives the other person the opportunity to realize that what they have with the new person is better and they appreciate the person more now that the negative person reminds them why.

Well, maybe the problem is you. They all think they can bone you or whatever leave and come back when they are "lonely" or maybe its not...But I would not let them think it is alright for them to come back to you after they have say it would never work i would not even talk to him anymore if he thinks he is to good for you you are def better than him...

They like the attention you gave them in the beginning and when they realize they miss it they try to get it back, but if you're smart you won't go out with him again.
