A urinary tract infection ( uti ) is the most common reason for
a cat to pee in the bed & sometimes elsewhere. Once
the infection is eliminated with antibotics the bed
peeing stops. You will need to replace all the litter in the
litter box. Try to wash out the litterbox, just soap & water,
once a week.
White Vinegar will neutrilize cat urine in bedding etc.
Ezymine products at the pet store, way more expensive
than white vinegar, also neutrilize cat urine. The smell of
White Vinegar takes 2-3 hours to go away if used on carpeting. Normal washing of bedding & clothes removes
the smell of White Vinegar right away.

Before your kitten gets older you want to stop this problem before it gets any worse. You may want to use positive reinforcement when she does use the litter box. Take her to the litter box on a regular basis so it is less likely that she will pee on your bed. Unfortunately as one cat starts peeing on the bed, the other will begin to do the same. Also make sure the litter box is clean. Since it sounds that you only have two cats that should be easy to do. Oh and also try and get the smell of cat pee out of your bed (and room) as much as possible.

They won't pee on it if there's plastic over it. Invest in a cheap plastic table cloth and keep it over the bed when you're not sleeping there.
Some perfumes in laundry soap or dryer sheets may trigger this behavior in cats, they associate the smell with the litter box (which also has perfumes to disguise odor remember?), so it's telling them it's ok to poop and pee there.
Put a plastic fitted sheet under the other sheets but above the mattress, to protect against anything soaking through. They sell these for matress protection (you might have to look around, it's been a while since I got one last), it's always a good thing to have on the bed anyway.

She is peeing there because she smells her own urine there so she now thinks that is the place to go. You have to get the smell of the cat out of your bed. Wash everything very well, and you can buy an odor neutralizer at the pet store, or try spraying the area with a mixture of vinegar and water. Then keep your door closed and keep putting the kitten in a litter box, over and over again. Hopefully she will get the hang of it. If you catch her on your bed again, spray her with water in a spray bottle. I did this to keep my cat off of our couch and he learned pretty quickly. Good luck!

All cats do this. It's like there little territory that they're marking. My cat had a spot that was in the back corner of our family room. So what we did was we simply kept the door closed so she couldn't go in there, and we would take her ourside at certain times in the day to do her business out there instead. So if I were you I'd do the same and close your bedroom door so she no longer has that spot to pee on that she loves so much.

once they do it once they will continue to do it there as they have left the scent there. I would go out and buy a new duvet and wash the sheets etc to get rid of the smell- hopefully she will stop then. also try moving the litter tray near to your bed and make sure its always clean as they hate going if its dirty and will look else where ie your bed!
hope it helps

Buy the enzyme spray sold for the purpose that cleans up the odor so the cat doesn't think it is an approved area. If you can catch her at it, pick her up, swat her nose and say NO firmly and plant her in the litter box.

Wash your bedding with vinegar for one thing so she can't smell the cat urine. Then if she still pee's on the bed consider getting professional help.

You may need to keep her out of your room when you're not there to watch her. Question: Does she sleep on your bed? I have never heard of an animal peeing where they sleep. It's something to consider.
