Actually you are not too young to get a job you can get one they have programs for children your age that need jobs or want them. You can work in retail at 14 with a permit and the only thing is that you can't run the register.

Honestly, 14 is a sucky age when you want to make money.. I coulden't get anything and people always sed do a paper rout but its the milenium and they have adults doing that now. I just would save my money. Like when my parents gave me 20 for the mall I would save 10 orr.. sell random stuff you dont want to friends.. cd's, movies, etc.? hope it helps

Kids who are 14 are allowed to get real jobs in my state. Try asking a local stop and shop or another starter up job like that.

you are quite young but still you could deliver the newspaper or baby sit or wash cars or mow loans or work at the local community center.

you still got some time, why dont you just take it eazy, you have to earn & work all your adult life, have some fun still as a kid.

Good Luck

ways to raise money:
1. sell junk, empty bottles, cartons, paper scraps...
2. garage sale: dispose the stuff you don't need.
3. do menial chores (i.e. trim lawns)
4. do classmates homework or project for a price (my personal favorite)
5. my bro's way: make a deal with our parents (or with any generous adult) to exchange every perfect score with money. (quizzes at 50.00, quarter exams at 100.00)
6. if you're good at something, make use of your talent or skill (i.e. bake cookies, novelty crafts)

Lemonade Stand in front of house.
Walking dogs for neighbours.
Baby-sitting for family & friends.
Cutting grass or weeding gardens.
Washing cars for neighbours.
Delivering newspapers/flyers.

Just be sure your parents know the people.

Well a garage sell is a good idea, since you probably have alot of stuff that you don't even use. you could also try selling things at school. there was a guy in my high school that made bracelets and sold them to girls.
