are you serious?
there is nothing finer than a left
over saucy pasta dish. stick it in the nucrowave, and then top it with some extra sauce. perfection .
oh but have it be perfection squared. (cut off the ends with 'bite marks' . ), this is esp important if the in'laws are going to be there. :D

FIX UP!?!?!?!? I make lasagna let it cool and put it in the fridge for the next day. NOTHING better than yesterday lasagna.

Lasagna sandwiches! Slice it up and warm it in the microwave. Butter some italian bread and use it as a filling! I swear it is so good, I even do it with spaghetti.

put on a bed of sauce
sprinkle top with shreded mozz. cheese
bake till hot
serve with a nice salad,loaf of bread some olive oil and seasonings for dipping bread and a bottle of wine

Cut it up into small pieces and fry them like when you make fried rice. Adding some additional condiments or herbs will eliminate the sensation of eating left-overs.

re invent it .....
you can slice it cold,and then saute some green peppers, sliced mushrooms, sliced onions and tomatoes in butter. when just about cooked, add the sliced lasagna and toss and heat through , top with grated cheese and serve with a tossed salad..

Make some fresh sauce & pour over re-heated lasagna.
Sprinkle with mozzarella & parmesan cheeses.
Serve with a fresh salad alongside.

put some shredded cheese on top and some parmesan cheese and bake it in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
