Ok i need to write a paper on the engineer so a website witha bio or something would help and on the accomplishment it needs to be from a different engineer. All it has to be is something i "admire" so i dont care what it is just give me one so i can write!

May be Edison is what you want.
Tesla could be a good subject.
Another example: Thevenin.

I'm not going to do your homework assignment for you, but here are a few examples.
George Westinghouse

Thomas Edison
Nicola Tesla
Tesla is considered a national hero in his home country. He is not quite as famous (in the US) as some of the others listed above. Due to his eccentric personality and unbelievable and sometimes bizarre claims about possible scientific and technological developments, Tesla was ultimately ostracized and regarded as a mad scientist.
However he made huge contributions to the electrical power industry. Many of his "accomplishments" are things you take for granted every day.
You could actually write a paper "A Day without Tesla" on what life would be like without all the devices that were invented by Tesla.
