If using a bottle try the tip of a finger instead at 6 weeks she should lick your finger and be able to be led to a saucer. She should also be eating dry food softened with water or milk at this age.
Worming is usually repeated every 2 weeks.
Nutrical can be purchased at the vet or larger pet stores, its high calorie and will often perk up appitite.

A visit to the vet would be a good idea if the pup has not improved in 24hrs from last eating readily. Parvo and distemper strike young pups fast and hard.

If she simply refuses then she needs to see a vet as soon as possible. Small pups go down very fast. Your vet may advise force feeding formula but this is something you need to make sure you know how to do or it can lead to aspiration pneumonia.

Puppies can pick up things at the vet office, you can also carry it in on your shoes unknowingly so even if the pups have never been out of your house someone could still track something in that could affect them.

I would try the eye dropper one drop at a time into the side of the mouth or nutrical until you can get the dog to a vet. Be careful that the pup does not inhale the milk.

There is also a product called pet nutri drops
http://www.bovidr.com/pets.html
I have used it with newborn kittens and had very good results with it but it is usually difficult to find unless you order it ahead of time online.

This is from the page the link goes to above

Pet Nutri-Drops is a superior combination of balanced glucose, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. These nutrients support life and are needed quickly to restore a crippled or non-functioning immune system.

Food and supplements normally require 8–14 hours for digestion. Nutri-Drops is the first and only supplement that does not require digestion. It shunts directly to the bloodstream in minutes, quickly restoring the immune system while other sources of nutrition are still in the digestion process.
Measurable in the bloodstream in minutes
50% uptake in 30 minutes
99% utilization.

Taking the puppy to the vet is a good idea but it is time for all the puppies to go for their 6 week check up. But please remember that all puppies like children develop at a different rate. Especially the runt of the litter will be slower. Also try baby food. I have found that when a puppy will not eat anything else I will put a little( all meat )chicken or turkey on my finger and the puppy will lick it off. I think goat's milk is a good idea but check with your vet. . Puppies are fragile and especially the runt of the litter.
Again just to be on the safe side take the puppy to the vet.

If you use a dropper and drop it in to the rear side of her mouth one drop at a time, she will swallow it. Hold her upside down, wrapped in a dishtowel or blanket on your lap like a baby. Get a dropper (not a bottle) and drip it one or two drops at a time into the left rear area of her mouth so she swallows. She will take it if you do this. another option would be to use a few drops of syrup to cycle her blood sugar or use nutracal. Either one will raise the blood sugar. When it falls, it will cause a hunger response.
If you loose a puppy due to a hepatic defect or heart defect it is usually around 5-6 weeks, so sometimes nothing will save them. Some conditions are incompatible with life. That is just the way nature is. Good luck.
Your other puppies should be completely weaned by now. You can mix canned food with goats milk and they should be able to eat fine. You can see the vet and have first shots before too long.

You can try another form of moms milk, I'm sorry, I cannot think of the name right now, but you buy it in "PetSupermarket" along with a feeding bottle, if that don't work, take her to the vet, she may not make it which is common in dog litters, almost always, 1 pup will die for some reason.

some pups are just like that.
Try really making a soup withteh puppy chow and goats milk and she if seh will lap it up.
I have had some that just won't go to solid food until 8-9 weeks old.
I try to find them homes by now but take a deposit and tell teh perspective owner that the pup should be ready to go at 8 weeks but that some have their way and may not go till they are eating solid food.
Try to feed her seperatly fromthe other pups.

I would be concerned since at 6 weeks she should be eating solids fairly well. Take her to the vet and get an exam done, have her checked for megasophagus (sp) and other swallowing/digestive issues.Make sure to get her checked for hydration. A puppy that is not 100% can go down hill very, very quickly.

i know it is hard to deal with a puppy that's not doin well but just use thing that have a lot of fat when you feed her so at lest you will know she is gettin somethin to keep her goin go to the local pet store and get a syringe and fill it with food and then you can squirt it into her mouth and take her to the vet asap

It's simple mathematics. 8 teats, 9 pups. The teats at the bottom have less milk, and your little girl probably hardly ever gets one.

Definitely get her to the vet, but she'll need a puppy formula, not goat's milk. She's old enough to nibble on real dog food, but not quite ready to switch entirely.

Message me and tell me how it turns out.
