How about going to a corn maze- if you're close enough to a country setting. They usually have petting farms on the property as well as hay rides! My grandson has a late October birthday and will be 5 this year. We always have a Halloween theme party and decorate the house for both occasions. Also, my 3 daughters, many years ago of course, LOVED having halloween parties- what's wrong with that, first answerer???

have a small gathering of family members and then a week later have another one at a local ymca and make it a birthday and halloween party as well. If not a ymca, see if there are places like Chucky Cheese or something like that or something like the ymca

I don't agree with your first answer,
you could have it at chuckie cheese, i don't know where you are from but if it's warm enough you could have it at a park or your back yard, the zoo also has a birthday area there.
if you have some indoor play lands there that would be nice.
hope i could help! good luck!

Have her party a week late and have a birthday party/halloween party together. Make it a costume party.
