What the h*ll is with your subject line? Puh-leez...

What do you consider "active"? You should be exercising at least 1 hour a day at least 5 days a week...coupled with healthy eating, keeping cals probably between 1500 and 1800 a day for weight loss.

If you gained weight perhaps that was muscle if you were doing activities that build muscle. That's common when people first start working out. Take your body measurements and see if they change (not just the number on the scales) and you can also tell if your clothing is getting more snug or loose...muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are building muscle then your weight will increase slightly until the fat loss exceeds the rate of muscle being built.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website

have you been given a full physical? I found that I could not .lose weight because I had diabetes. Treat the diabetes and my weight is just falling off, almost without effort. Your thyroid could also be a problem, slowing down your metabolic rate. When you monitor calories and exercise and still don't lose weight, there is usually an underlying problem that needs to be found.
