go to your yahoo mail and on the mail home page itwill show your icon where it reads 0 unread mail click on the icon and it will take you to the page where you can create it

when you get to your mail [the homepage] click on the thing thats your current picture and that will take you to where you create your icon :]

in your mail section of yahoo just click on the picture and it will take you step by step. Them on the answers section click on my profile and choose that you want it to be shown.
