Report the boss to the HR department. It's the only option. ...and you should NEVER have to tolerate sexual harassment anywhere.

If the boss is the company owner, then you may have no recourse but to report him to the EEOC.

If you are being harassed and you can go higher up do so. I don't think there is a company owner or business that wants or needs this type of trouble. Start to keep track of what happens, what was said, who saw it, and if you can tape record it, do so. Make sure you have a case before you complain because he is going to deny it, I promise you that. Even if he is top man do the same, then see a lawyer.
That said let me tell you about two harassment issues I had when I owned my company. One was from a young lady that was hired to work our switchboard. She was employed three weeks when she filed a sexual harassment claim with HR. Seems someone called me, she told him I was out and he said, "Thanks Hon" and hung up. No idea who it was, but she wanted to file a complaint and sue him and us. Another time one of the foreman told a girl in the office "That's a nice outfit". She turned him in! In both cases the girls were "laid off" a couple of months later. Stupid complaints don't work!!!

I read a statistic somewhere that said men file sexual harassment suits against women in about five percent of all cases of sexual harassment in the workplace. But considering the number of men who don't report, and the many other places where sexual harassment can happen, that number might be greater or lesser.

I am sure the legal system dealt with this years ago. If you are really being harassed, let him know you will not deal with this any more. If you're not really, but just looking for any sign to be mad about, you'll just make a fool of yourself and are probably not employable at all. I work construction, thank God we are too tough spirited to worry about it. My family history, sexuality, and wife's fidelity are all insulted before 7am each day. But if you are truly being denied advancement because of this, I hope you sue his balls into oblivion. I dont mean to rant at you, there are legitimate cases, but also trouble-makers with victim complexes. When you are sure you are absolutely taking this right, get him good.

I would give it back to them or make a joke of it. If you don't get embarrassed or act offended, it takes the wind out of their sails & they leave you alone. Of course, if it's a boss implying that if you don't "perform" or you won't get a raise or you'll be fired, that's a matter for the courts. Have documentation....tape recordings, notes, testimony from witnesses, etc. Otherwise it's his word against yours.

Better u tell to him that ," u r looking like my father". Go and make friendship with his Mrs.If u often visit his Mrs he will have some kind of fear that if he misbehave with u ,u will reveal to his Mrs.Above all u must have strong moral.Don'T worry if this job is not there ,some other job will be there for u.

If,
1)There is no HR Department's effective action
2)No support from your co-employees/collegues
3)Your Boss is strong both physically/mentally
4)You can't shift to new job coz of place restrctns, income, transport, etc,.

Then just go for "acting" Act like obeying him but don't obey. This is the only solution if there is no chance for above cases..

Take care..

check your company human resources first to file a complaint ,or keep a notebook of when , what and where and the time/date of any of the stuff he is putting you though. any witnesses when the thing happen, exactly what he said or threaten.. go to a lawyer( legal aid will do) and show them and get going from there.. you can also contact the police and file a complaint..
