Best Buy's prices might be a little better, don't go to either one unless you know exactly what you want. You have as good a chance getting good info and advice from their "sales associates" as you would from a 3 year old child.

I don'r know anything about Circuit city, but in the last few years we have bought 2 computers form Best Buy. They are very helpful when you need the right computer. For a small fee they will install the programs needed on your computer if you're not sure how to properly install them. overall I would recommend their service to anyone.

Best Buy by a MILE! Just try to get service at Circuit City.......unless you're going for a top-of-the-line model, they're not interested in helping you.

Ive heard and have had both bad and good experiences with both.
I usually find the best deal between the two and never use them for any kind of service/repair. Go with an outside company for repairs.
