Go to a place with a salad bar so you can pick what you allow yourself. There are mixes that go with tofu which is a bit like eggs when made. Veggie breakfast sausage is a favorite of mine but I have never seen that a restaurant.

No meat and eggs? Sorry, but you are going to have a really boring breakfast. It will be all carbs and you are going to end up gaining weight because you only eat processed grain products.

What about fried oysters, grits with oyster gravy and potatoes with thinly sliced green peppers and thinly sliced onions on them? Beverage selection would be any decaffeinated teas, coffee and apple, pomegranate or grape juice. Dessert would be, and this is for any meal, bread pudding with lemon sauce. Okay, I also use whipped cream with it. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

Veggie scramble without the egg. ie: Vegetables cut up and cooked in grapeseed oil, seasoned with salt and pepper and served with toasted sour dough bread (no milk) and smothered with apple butter.

Ask for a bowl of Oat meal, and if you are lactose intolerant ask for coffee creamer instead of milk. They really ought to learn to serve this choice, so do not hesitate to tell them what you expect.
