Go to the DMV and ask for a copy of your license. They will mail it to your address on file. Sometimes, they will check to make sure your picture matches too.

Take your license to the state archives of the state where you were born along with your passport or other acceptable picture ID and fill out the proper forms for your birth certificate. If all the information on the forms and your identifying material is correct they will print you out a copy.

Some states will mail you the birth certificate if you have a credit card in the same name and the mailing information and the card billing information match. PO boxes aren't acceptable.

You are going to need your social security card too. Employers are required to see the physical card. Go to the social security administration office and fill out the paperwork. If you haven't exceeded your lifetime number of copies or your yearly restriction of copies, you are home free.

The DMV can get you a temporary license and mail you a copy of your old one (your picture and address is on file.) Go to the DMV website for what you need to bring. You have to get your birth certificate from the Secretary of State, but they often have offices/clerks in government court buildings. Check your local listings.

Wherever you are living, call the city hall in your jurisdiction. They will tell you how and where you can obtain replacement identification. Peace and God Bless.
