Fire is one of a drivers' biggest fears. With all of the safety equipment that is mandatory, getting out of a car in a hurry is not always possible. Planned? I think not.
Michael Waltrip is a big man. Exiting the vechile was not easy, even with men trying to pull him out. Do you really think that dying in a fire is his way of getting noticed? Wake up.

Oh of course Michael Wanted to lose a tire and tear up his car and end up 42nd. Who needs money when you can be seen on tv.

Haha, NOT! I would not want to see anyone have a fire like that. I am glad he was able to get out, and I think the safety crew could have been faster with those extinguishers.

You have got to be kidding. Sure, he planned on getting hit in the front end (which happened minding his own business), they were discussing him pitting when the tire blew.
I never have been a big fan of Mikey, got to hand it to him....not a quitter.

thats just sick...he could have really been injured, did anyone notice that those rescue guys, seemed to be alittle slow and almost acted like they were afraid of fire.. Nope Mikey did not plan this, no one wants this type of TV time, and end up way down like he did...Just think of all that smoke and fumes he inhaled...Nope no lol for me.
