The pain of separation is hardly a punishment, I know that. If the punishment for unrepentant sinful behavior is eternal separation from God, who cares? The person did not care enough to repent. Why would he care now that he is eternally separated?
Reasonably, this would be bliss for him. He doesn’t have to be bothered by God at all ever again.

sure and no. that is seen the utmost of affection. yet even the gopies who're the purest among the devotees of the Lord does no longer say that is sweet. they'll say it is so painful to be faraway from Krishna. yet on an analogous time that's the sweetest discomfort.that's an somewhat severe subject count and not meant for mundane wranglers and maximum of rascals on Yahoo. this archives is barely for the organic bhaktas, as that is reported interior the Bhagavad Gita as that is by utilising Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada. (private know-how)specific issues they only should not be waiting to even get a glimpse of by way of their sinful nature. yet thank you.

When people die and finally realize what separation from God really is, everyone there will be praying for another chance, but it will be way too late.
When death comes, you have forever lost the possibility of eternity with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Like I said, that doesn't seem like much to you now, but it definitely will then.

No, but there is a 'sweetness' to it that is indescribable - an intensity of appreciation for the one we are separated from, whether through death or distance.
Bliss is the absence of intense feeling. It is effortless being and creating and having.
