It's hard to say if your already close friends. Even close mates flirt, but if he's flirting with you more so than other girls and treating you alot nicer than he treat's them. He might have a little somethin' for ya. And it's a good sign he like's making you laugh, he must like seeing you smile? Being happy or whatever. Hehe. But then again he could just be a clown around you because you guys are close. :P
So the best option would be to just straight ask him what he reckon's.
