Ok, I'm sorry, but I did have to laugh at this one.

But, no. Since I was baptized when I was 6 or 7, the pastor held my mouth and nose closed so I would not breath in the water.

Yes everyone that has been baptised died and was raised to a new life in Christ Jesus. It was neither manslaughter or murder for the mere fact that one becomes pilgrims passing through this barren land and transformed into a different life.
