You can send letters to the white house., The way it has worked for past presidents is that the letters get mailed to the white house and a team of people reads them, then they either pull out quotes from the letters or they get a general gathering of the types of letters and send a few samples of each kind. I'm sure that it works the same way for him. Another way to try and speak to any president is through your local representative or senator, because there typically are fewer letters sent to them so they read them themselves, and they report the concerns of their people to the whitehouse.
