I need to know where does this phrase appear on the bible, any suggestions? thanks!

That saying is preserved in the three synoptic gospels, Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Here are the references:

Matthew 19:30
But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.

Matthew 20:16
"So the last will be first, and the first will be last."

Mark 10:31

Luke 13:30

I'm pretty sure it's in Mathew. First book of the New Testament if you're unfamiliar with the Bible. :)
