I say "Equal Time" for ALL the Creation Myths from ALL the Religions to be taught in school - it's called 'Philosophy'.

'Evolution' doesn't need to be taught in a 'Soft Science' - An 'Arts Subject' like Philosophy, it's a Theory (get it?, not 'fact') that is a part of Hard Science.

Evolution should not be taught in Sunday School.

Creation should not be taught in public school.

It is the responsibility of parents to give their children a religious education. If parents have a problem with their child being taught evolution, shore up that child's position on creation with a religious education.

According to Daniel 1:3-5, the three young Hebrew men Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah were taken into Babylonian captivity. They were even given Babylonian names: Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and, according to verse 4, they were to be taught the “writing and the tongue of the Chaldeans.” This was no ordinary education. The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia explains that it “comprised the study of Sumerian, Akkadian, Aramaic . . . , and other languages, as well as the extensive literature written in them.” “The extensive literature” consisted of history, mathematics, astronomy, and so on. However, “associated religious texts, both omina [omens] and astrology . . . , played a large part.”

Notice, they were given an education wholly foreign to Judaism. How did they fare? Obviously they came out victorious. Why? Because the Babylonians taught them Judaism? Hardly. Because their parents demanded that the Babylonians teach them Judaism? Not likely. It was because their parents had done their job.

ROFL

Although I'd add a few more just to "justify" the lesson. Included various other Indigenous "Creation Myths".
