She's trying to be open and honest with you. Its a way of her telling you that while she has been with other guys, your the one that she is interested in and you shouldn't worry. Its a weird thing, but, she's not doing it to brag, or to make you feel less than a man, its just her way of opening up. If it bothers you, tell her that you don't want to hear about it, but you appreciate her willingness to be open and honest.

In answer to your question, it can be quite misleading.
I have few examples............ like I said.........woman can be complicated and yes I am a woman myself.

If I want my boyfriend/partner to think he has got himself a good catch in me I would refer to past boyfriends, but be ware do not reciprocate as this will cause friction and mistrust with your girlfriend this usually happens with girls under 18yrs.

If I am unhappy with my partner I will talk about a past boyfriend to annoy him, beware do not talk about your past girlfriends this will cause more friction usually occurs with girls under 21yrs.

Depending what she refers to when discussing boys from past, this could be a way of telling you she loves you but she wants to cause an argument in order to makeup, as making up can be quite addictive. Used by girls under 21yrs

She could be provoking you into an argument so she can find a reason to go out with friends or a night out. This is very common amongst girls between 18-25yrs off age.

Depending how many guys "shes got with in the past" maybe you should advise her that she is with you now, and if she is happy to be with you...... just to put your mind at ease.

Hope all goes well with you both.

You can't ignore the fact she has a past... We all do, but if it bothers you so much let her know. If she respects you enough she'll stop. If she doesn't, dump her a s s , then she can talk all about you to the next one.

It depends whar she talk about if she compares boys that she went out with I would ask her nicely to stop. If it is different interests that they had and is beniffical to you then that would be different, This is an excellent question

Its not intential to make you feel uncomfortable or anything its just being honest.
Its a good thing if she feels comfortable enough around you to talk about them.

Shez probably trynna get ur attention, otherwise she is trying to make u jealous...
If u dont like wat u are hearing about her past relationships then tell her to stop living in the past and that shez got u now and thatz all that should matter.

theres is probably something about you that reminds her of them. girls often go after guys that are similar to their exes, hence why they tend to get in abusive relationships over and over again. [because they keep looking for that same guy(subconsciously maybe)]
