I dont get sun burn i just get a nice tan, to is tricks me into not using sun cream or a hat. I work on ships I have just spend 4 month sailing around tropics and medeterian and middle east. In that time I got little white spotts on my chest (not zitts) and i got grey patches of hair on my head.
At the time i thought it was all random but when i got back the doc said it was too much sun and my body is warning me that i am spending too much time running around on deck with just a pair or shorts and sandles on.
I am 17 and the grey hair thing looks with out of place so i have died it now you can never tell.
But does any one else get this problem or is it just me?

No seriously, sunburn isnt the only bad thing that can happen if you dont use suncream - you'll end up looking like a wrinkled leathery old boot by the time you're 30 if you carry on not using suncream. I've not heard of the white spots/grey hair effect, but it's certainly not good for you to go without suncream. at least use a low factor - 15 or so - you'll still get a tan but you wont get skin cancer!

Sun screen is incredibly important.
My husband was just diagnosed with 3 cancer melanomas from never using sun screen.
Cancer surgery will be this next week.
USE SUN TAN LOTION, 50 SPF. KEEP YOUR HAIR COVERED.
