At 19 (male) you may still grow a little.
Other than good nutrition and healthy lifestyle, you have little control over this inherited trait.

Stand and walk tall. It makes you appear taller. I have often been told I am tall, and yet this is not so really. It is about posture. Sorry that is the best advice I can offer!

Increasing the Height

In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.

Cycling is good exercise and fun too.

You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises on floor.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stretching.
STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH

PS

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

Issue of Genes:

You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.

Again Swimming:

You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.

The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

Eating healthy foods and taking rest as specially sleeping soundly at night is very important. Most people need 8 hours of good sound sleep per night, some need more and few get by with 4 hours only.

In the mean time use high hills and take advantage of hair-do, wardrobe can do wonders too; vertical striped clothing can create a taller look for most people.

Hormones:

Under strict supervision of a doctor they do wonders but the side effects are delayed and unpredictable so doctors do not like to use them.

Surgical Procedures:

There are surgical procedures but most doctors will not do them till the person is 30 years or so. They also have to be very short.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aOlLB , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

if you are a MALE, you might still grow a little taller until you are 22. .FEMALES stop growing tall at age 18. But you cannot increase your height by mere exercise or medicines because your genes say how tall you should be. IF your parents are short, then you will only grow up to their level, if your parents are tall people, then you will grow up tall too.

Just walk tall and think tall. Don't let you height hinder your desires in life..go out and play basketball, learn all the tricks, dribble, run faster, shoot better......or if you want to be a model, walk like a supermodel and strike a pose. what i mean is, make do with what you have and improve your skills..

Girls stop growing at 16-17 and boy stop at 17-18.
You can't increase your height body wise, it is the way you are born.
You can have special shoes for men to increase your height and girls can wear high heals.
As for me, people call me shorty and I don't find 5' 1" for a female short but whatever, I like my height and wouldn't mind being 2" shorter.

Height like many things is determined by your genes. Chances are you will remain the height you are now for the rest of your life.

Short of having an operation to break your legs and stretch them, there isn't anything you can do. Accept the way you are and move on.

This may seem too simple but always stand straight, shoulders back, and head up. It doesn't make you taller but it makes you look proud and confident. At 19 you will probably grow a bit more. I grew-female-for several years after high school so that makes it about 20. I got out of high school and was about 5'4" and ended up just under 5'6". Take your vitamins, exercise, dress nicely, be healthy looking. Get a good education and carry yourself correctly and always do the right thing. You can only worry about the things you can change. Always be proud of exactly who you are.

just a heads up, dont listen to anyone who tells you you can change your height by excercising or certain sports, foods etc. it is practically impossible to change your height. you may grow a little more yet, but i think your best bet is good nutrition and all that. it wont make you grow, but will stop you from getting any smaller. also, like someone else has mentioned, always have correct posture, seriously it can add iches on to your height (Not literally, it will just seem that way to others) good luck
