Dont know if I spelled his name right, and dont really care. But this American mexican is leaving food and drinks at the borders for the illegals and helping them to cross!

I like it because he is also providing the Border guards places to look for illegals. it is simple, the aliens will look for the big blue flag or whatever the marker is for the food/water and the Border Guards will follow the footprints they leave when the illegals walk away. Or they can lie in wait until the illegals walk to the food/water.
Plus i am sure that the Border Guards don't enjoy finding dead people in the desert southwest...a little water helps save lives.
