I get shooting pain at frequently in the Back Ribs Cage area.?

I have got all tests done - MRI, Sonography, Blood Tests, Bone Density Test - All normal. Doctor not able to diagnose. Looking for some help on the problem.

the inner costal muscles could be extremely tight or possibly pulled and that could be what is causing your pain. I recommend you see a chiropractor to get treatment to help this problem. I know you will feel a lot better after seeing a chiropractor. I've enclosed a link were you can find a chiropractor in your area.
