Good question, but I don't know the answer. It wouldn't be a human language because the angels came before mankind. Anyway He can speak any language that exists, and then some.

Are you serious, or are you hoping for answers that poke fun at the very idea of Angels? Muslims and Christians alike are two major religions that believe that Angels are God's messengers to us. Communication between them is presumably on a spiritual level.
