It's like as soon as it hits nighttime, I can't sleep, no matter how tired I am. And then I struggle throughout the day with eshaustion. I don't understand. Helppp?

You absolutely can not, will not and shall not ever again sleep at night because of a totally hottie guy of your wildest dreams has like been on your mind on two occasions, day and night! =<)

This is again a case where only yoga can cure and all allopathic medecine may give relief temporarily. Practice of yogic breathing excercises as stipulated by Ramdev of Pathanjali yoga peeth can give permanent relief. Many people having this kind of problem ,after practicing these excercises with in a month have got releif. These yogic excercises have to be practised regualrly without interruption for permanent relief. It should become part and parcel of on'e routine

Insomnia, do u smoke? do u love coffee?

Drink HOT milk before u want to go to sleep, if cant sleep do something to make more tiring than slowly get to sleep, while on bed dont think of anything but to clear ur mind, by thingking of something will make ur body, working... than u cant sleep.

Boil the heart of a large onion add sugar drink when cooled
down a bit then put your head down and sleep.
