I had all 4 of mine removed at once, not because they were impacted, but because they all had cavities and my dentist said I didn't need them. The first day I had pads in my mouth soaked in blood. The second day was lesser. IN 2 or 3 days it should be about gone.

A few days. Tea bags can help with some of the bleeding but because of the concern I would recommend getting in touch with your dentist. If you are in the U.S. I would recommend calling your dentist's after hours line today to find out what they want you to do next til you can get in later in the week.
