What is the safest country between China, Thailand, Egypt, New York, Paris, Florida, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and England? I want to visit and relax during this time.

Read up on your selected countries. I have been in France, England and Japan, and know they are pretty safe for women alone.
I hear poor stories about Egypt. And have not heard about the others.

The Lonely Planet guidebooks are good too.
They will normally tell you about how safe the country or area is, also for women travelers.
Now you can get many of these guides from the library, or second hand in cheap bookstores.
There are many websites that give information on weather in the countries. Lonely Planet guides and website give the info too.

I would recommend Malaysia as the living expenses here is cheaper than most other countries. You can go to the beaches, mountains, theme parks and do your shopping in Kuala Lumpur. The weather will be warm with occasional rain during the day. As for security, take precaution whichever country you go to.
