protein powder in it for it to give more energy? Do u have any other recomendations?

yep, definetly ok to add in powdered protein but every meal should be protein based. protein is the least efficient form of fuel when compared to carbohydrates or fats.

Protein will not give you more energy. It will give you more protein. If you want energy, you need some kind of sports energy
supplement. Or you could just eat something with carbs.

At your age, protein and carbohydrate is important.

Protein powder is good.
You might as well get sandwich as bread has carbohydrates.

I think that what you drink is enough, unless you're on some kind of sports regimen
