I am 39 going grey and still single. Girls say i am cute so why am i still single and cant find love? All my friends are married or getting married, they all say they are happy, i am the only one now who cant find love. It is depressing me, feel so lonley and fed up now. Its natural to love someone so why cant i find someone to love? IS 39 too old to find someone now? will girls be put off by my grey hair??

39 is no way near too old and greying hair can be very appealing, not everyone meets their ideal partner in their 20's. I am in my early 30's and have not met anyone yet, I am concentrating on having fun. I wouldnt let it get you down you will meet the right girl when the time is right, in the meantime have lots of fun whilst waiting.

I'm 27 and know how you feel. I think that could be more depressing. I have had a few relationships and im in one now but I am yet to find true love. I console myself with the idea that there are 3 billion people on this planet and as a law of averages I belive there must be someone out there for everyone. Thinking like this means that even the ugliest, fattest and hairiest of people can find that special someone and therefore I do not believe grey hair will matter too much. This also leads to the idea that you must basically try to come into contact with as many people as possible to increase the chances of meeting that special someone.

39 is not old at all so there is noting for you to worry about on that front. As for not finding love still, well may be its meant to be that ways till now. But dont be disheartened. There are lots of single women suitable to your age. But the most important thing to see in your prospective partner is not the age but the understanding that you 2 have with each other. I am not saying love coz with understanding and communication, love can happen and without these things, the love that you might feel initially might go out of the window too. The hair is not a problem so do not worry about this. Lot of women like the salt-pepper look. It gives a very mature look to the man. Also you will be well settled and very patient and understanding as you are 39. You have seen more of life and understand it better and are more accomodating too. All of these things are what a woman wants in her man. I also am a woman so you can take my word for it.
Do not worry and do not loose heart and also do not look too hard for love. It will happen when you least expect it and you wont even realise when and what happened.
Just chill and relax and try and keep yourself happy. Every one of us wants happy people around us so as to ease some of the tensions of our lives..... atleast for a while !!!!
A grumpy face and tearful eye is not something that any of us want to see in our partners.
Things will fall in place wiht time and you will soon find hte love of your life. Till then be happy and dont worry. I am sure if you are the mature, understanding and nice guy that you sound to be, there is someone special for you some where and she will soon be in front of you.

lol, I wouldn't worry about the grey hair. I know what you're going through and you're really not alone. There are tons of singles out there, myself included, that feel that they won't ever find love. I'm not about to settle for something less than that though...not going to be in a relationship just so I can say I'm with someone. Take a look at your lifestyle, are you meeting the wrong kind of people maybe? Hang out with too many married people perhaps. Where does one find eligible singles in any case? I work, spend time with family and work some more...plus I'm not into the bar scene so I guess all one can do is wait for it to fall in their lap. In any case 39 is not too old. I know it's easy to say not to get depressed, so I won't say it...just think 'whatever is meant to be will be'.

It's so easy to lose hope in the quest for love. I know exactly how you feel. I don't think it's too late for you to find someone. You're not too old and grey hair can be sexy. Some men get better as they age. Harrison Ford, George Clooney, Sean Connery. You'll find someone special.

No it's not too old and no girls won't be put off by your hair! I'm about to marry my boyfriend who is in his late 30s and I'm only 26 so you may even find a younger woman!! A lot of women like older guys. They're settled and more mature....you've got a lot going for you!! Just don't be too desperate....you never find love when you're looking for it! Good luck!!

Grey hair is not a problem, all you have to do is go to the salon and have it dyed and there are beauty stores that sell these really cheap.
try to be happy at 39 and be comfortable with yourself. because if not, how else others be comfortable with you? go out and socialize but don't make expectations such as "this is the night thing", neither too obvious that you are trying to be hooked if not looking.
if nothing works, prayers could give you answers and maybe acceptance.

no they won't be put off by your grey hair, the guy i really love is 29 and he's getting flecks of grey but i don't care, i stil think he's gorgeous! you will find someone, try joining a group or something and be more social, there's someone out there for everyone, you usually find love when you stop looking for it, god luck xxxxx

This may give you some hope (as well as possible make you feel a little ill depending on your morals!) - I'm in my late teens and the guy I'm with is in his forties, I love him with all my heart and vise versa, ben together nearly a year - couldnt live without him, the only trouble is I'm having a few problems living with him as well! If you ever need somebody to talk to email me ! And grey hairs a turn on!

Are u too picky?? You're 39 not 79 of course you're not too old to find love..........im 24 and my partner is 34.........there's no reason you can't find someone unless you're not open to meeting new ppl chicks!! Don't be so hard on yourself, and don't lose heart. Good luck x x
