I don't know what your diet consists of, but it should be a healthy one that consists of the proportionate amounts of protein, fats, and carbohydrates for a boy your age. I don't know how tall you are, so don't know how "overweight" you are. The BEST thing you can do is get more exercise. This is usually the problem with people who might not overeat but who spend a lot of time at the computer or watching tv. Ride your bike, walk to the store, go swimming, take walks around the neighborhood--or whatever is your favorite activity.

First thing, don't call it a diet. That implies that you will go back to the way you were eating before hand, and obviously it wasn't working. You are setting yourself up for failure this way. You should realize that if you want to be healthy and in good shape that it will take time and will have to be a lifestyle change rather than a temporary diet.

It's extremely important that you have a doctor and nutritionist involved-at your age the wrong diet could hurt more than it helps. A membership at a YMCA or other club to get you started on a fitness program would help a lot too. Best of luck to you.

I'll make this as short as possible. only four things to remember: good exercise (daily), balanced diet (not horrible or crash diets), a good rest everyday (good sleeping habits) and a natural and safe remedy that can help you eliminate bad fats and toxins inside your body. you say you are on a 10 week diet? just make sure, you have all the right nutrients, okay? the most important thing is don't let your body think that it's on a diet. eat slow, eat a little of everything, that's it....you don't have a heart failure? you try jogging every morning, for 15 to 20 minutes...walk every for 1 minute after 5 mins. of jogging... then, drink a lot of water...heavy on breakfast, moderate on lunch and if you are going to eat dinner, eat before 6pm and no more food or drink between 6pm to 6am...okay? this will help you. it did to me, i lost 85 lbs. in one year and maintained good body up to now for 5 years! from 220 lbs to 135 lbs!

Go on to the Atkins, South Bay, or GI lifestyles. Be strict, and eat as much as you like according to what they advise. You'll never be hungry, and you WILL lose weight .

talk to your doctor sweetheart, seeriously being so young. you need to watch what you eat, cut back on sugar and carbohydrates, you can look on the labels of the foods you eat and see whats in it, anything fruit or veggie like is good , no fruit in the can.
