I eat healthy vegeterian food. Is that good or am I need to reduce exercise. I am 40 yra. Pl advise

If that is what you need to do to maintain your current weight, then keep it up. 22 BMI is good, no matter how tall you are.

Yeah, you sound pretty good. Just make sure you are getting plenty of protein from other sources since you are a vegetarian. Also consider supplements for Vitamin B12, Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin A because you can easily come up short on these vitamins if you are a vegetarian.

depends what you want to do. also are you male or female? How tall?

You sound fairly healthy, a little light if you are a guy. A good size for a distance runner but not great for sumo wrestling.

If you feel healthy and are eating well and often, then its fine. Just don't burn yourself out.

If your weight is stable and at a level that makes you happy, then why change? So long as you take a day off a week and you're not in pain, you sound fine. Make sure you take in enough protein to support your muscles.
