So I was wondering for when will the war end between Iraq and U.S force.
I was wondering if they will accept an 18 yr old guy who would like to enter the war and live my life?
That I'd rather be there fighting instead of wondering...
but I sure know that this are one of the signs of the end.

Sure thing bro! They do not discourage Asian's (mix races) from joining. Just make sure you have a green card or U.S. citizenship. Other than that they don't accept non-U.S. citizenships. Goodluck and fight for what is good!

There was problems back before Vietnam, but once the uniform is on, most people don't see an American of asian, african, or european descent. They see an American soldier who is our main line of defense against our enemies. They will give you tests to find out what field you may best be suited for. You may go overseas or you may stay state side. Just do your best & make your family proud!!

USA is a multi-cultural nation. They have pletty of black people in the forces, I can't see why Asian soldiers is not accept. A long as you are a US citizen with the necessary entry qualifications, all green card holders is accepted in the US army.
I am sure there are high ranking Asians in the army!

Get over it fellow minority. Most people nowadays don't care about your ethnicity. Especially in a place as diverse as the military. I know you probably wish that you lived in an earlier time when race was a bigger factor so you could walk around acting all emo about it but it's just not a big deal in the military anymore.

My friend Chan joined the USMC about five years ago. I'm pretty sure they would accept an Asian-American.

Do you have dual citizenship? If not, then you are just American.
Either way, I know people with dual citizenship in the military. Race has nothing to do with entering the military, they do no discriminate due to that.

They dont discriminate anymore, we live in a modern age. Every is (almost) treted equal. They will definatly except you

if you are an american fighting for american rights. you may be of asian descent, but you have the spirit and the heart of america. there is no need for you to fear rejection. you are brave and noble for wanting to stand up for your country (America)

I don't see why not... I see many of your origin (or similar) doing well in our Air Force.
