Just as the disciples went to different countries spreading the word, so did St.Lazarus. In Cyprus, we have some of the relics and we do what Christ taught the disciples and some other people like St. Lazarus. We do what St. Lazarus taught us. We even have his tomb in St Lazarus Church. In Some other countries they have the relics of saints also. In Jeruselam they have the Holy Fire.

According to Sacred Tradition we find in the Scriptures that the Church was started by Christ using construction vernacular with Himself as the cornerstone and His disciples as the twelve foundation stones of the Church. That Church according to Christ is the enduring Church that will endure until the Parousia. Christ said that the gates of hell will not prevail against the Church and that it is the ark for mankind where the truth can always be found as the "bulwark and ground of the truth". That Church is the Catholic Church.

It is unlikely that we shall ever know. There has been so much suppression and biased interpretation of early scripture. The word 'church' derives from the ancient Greek word 'kuriakon' (doma) - lord's (house). No doubt the Hellenist's or perhaps Greek Orthodox would claim the first (Christian) building to assemble people. Before that preaching would probably have taken place out in the open, as in the case of the ministry of Jesus.

Read Acts, starting at 1:12 and go forward. The original Church started in Jerusalem shortly after Christ's ascension.

Well now since you do not specify Christian or Muslim or Jewish I suggest no one could possibly know. It could have been a tree where nomadic early men worshipped or an american indian totem pole or a volcano. You'll get plenty of different answers regarding certain religions but you are asking what the original, very first house of worship was and it probably didn't have anything to do with today's religions, nor was it a building but some sort of symbol.

That was an extremely vague question....
However, the Original Church is the Church of the Firstborn. Organized in the Grant Council before the world was made. It was there in that great Council when the Lord told us His plan to build us an Earth and where we organized ourselves to create it and to live upon the face of it in our due time and season.

Original Christian church was active for about 200 years after Jesus's birth. After that it kind of went out of control and split up.
