What vitamins and other suppliments should i take on a daily basis.

Get multiple vitamin supplements. The reason being that if you just take one multivitamin, some of the B vitamins will just run right through you and not do a lot of good.

Get a vitamin supplement especially for B and C, and maybe take a multivitamin as well.

There's talk going around about whether or not you need more than the Recommended Daily Allowance for all vitamins and minerals. Most nutritionists will tell you yes for optimum health. I'm not trying to sell anything, just trying to make a point.

Take any multivitamin. Is there much calcium in it? Not really, because the pill would be huge if it had 100% of your calcium in it. That's why you should consider an individual calcium supplement as well.

I ordered this multivitamin and mineral complex, I also eat a balanced diet. A multivitamin should never replace a healthy balanced diet. You don't want to get 100% of your calcium from a pill anyway, milk and veggies, whole wheat pasta, whole grain rice, cereals, lean meats and fruit, eating all these each day along with your multivitamin should pretty much guarantee you get all your vitamin and mineral requirements.

I eat 6 meals a day to keep my metabolism up and to avoid building up a huge appetite, I also work 9 hours a day with no breaks so it is a little difficult for me to eat a full meal at work, so I eat a serving of oatmeal, an apple and a scoop of whey protein concentrate in water. I keep a tub of WPC at work so I dont have to cook any meat to take to work.

You need just one multi-vitamin and that's it, unless you're a woman, in which case make sure you get folate, calcium and iron. The vitamin industry might try to convince you that you need more, but that's just to make money.

multivitamin is good but if your body dont need it y do u want to use it. also if u r girl u can eat iron and acid folic during or befor your period.but its better u use food and fruits to get vitamins.
