Since he was a Bengali, it is Bipin Chandra and not Vipin

well in reality its bipin chandra pal..i mean as per the indian documents and even as per the biography of bipin chandra pal....but as you know that many britishers were poor in pronouncing indain names and sir names, therefore as per the documents left by them...or book written by them on india consist different spellings of same name..for example they failed to pronounce chatropadhyaya which they finally called as chaterjee....and dis is same with bipin into vipin...
