Before I drastically deprive myself of food to loose weight but the result was a lot worser than before.. Loosing weight always requires good diet and proper exercise.. To explain to you how diet and exercise influence weight loss, see the following.
The principle of loosing weight through excercise is actually happens when our body uses up the 3 fuel sources of our body. The first being burned up are the carbohydrates. Next are the fats, and finally, the proteins.. Carbohydrates come from food sources like rice, bread, pasta, sweets. Fats are actually the converted form of the carbohydrates that are not being used by the body.. Proteins are energy fuel that are largely in the muscles of our body..
During the first week of your excercise you will notice that there maybe very little amount of changes.. or you can experience no change at all.. its because maybe your body is just taking its energy from the carbohydrates.. But do not be disappointed because you are in the right tract.. By continuing sessions of exercise at the same time lessening the intake of food rich in carbohydrates, but hey take note, just lessen, don't eliminate totally, you are lessening the carbohydrates storage in your body, that is the time when you will be using up the second energy source which are the fats.. The fats, yes you are right, are the visible lumps in the back of our arms, bellies, thighs, chin etc.. Then if the fat storage in your body is lessened or reduced.. That is the time you may see some changes, you feel that you're blouse is a little more comfortable to wear now, you may notice the curves in your body that have been hiding for all these times.. You may notice your collar bone may begin to appear when you wear a little revealing blouse.. And finally if you wanted to have nicer curves you just have to continue exercising up to the point that your muscles got rid of the lumps.. Achieving this really take some time but the results will always be wonderful...
In addition to that, engage only with endurance excercises, like aerobics, jogging, and other excercises that do not require much power like in the case of lifting heavy weights.. Weights are only used in toning muscles and usually done at the latter part of the exercise program..

There are three things to do to lose weight: control calorie intake, increase cardio and increase muscle. If you increase muscle, the muscle consumes more calories even when you're not exercising. If you want to lose weight without exercise, that will make it much harder but you can do it through calorie control. You may get itching because you're sweating, in which case you might find that swimming helps you, because it takes the sweat away from your body. Or, it might be that you need to wear exercise clothing made of different fabric, or you need to walk instead of running. Don't give up yet, try experimenting. Get to the gym and hit the cardio. 30-40 of walking and jogging will do the trick. Buy a fat burner and add 2-3 ephedrine to it. this will take the pounds off. Go to GNC and ask them what to take. Start lifting as well at the gym and keep the reps high and weight moderate. Take short breaks of 40-50 seconds between sets and that will help. Stop eating McD's and BBKING. eat protien meals and low carbs. Dont get in the dumps because its hard. its suppose to be hard. Thats why it works. and dont over do it on the ephedrine or you can die.
