independs on the year. this summer said to be 3% of having a blackout

Let's hope there's not one. I was stuck in the city during the '03 blackout and I never want to do it again. It was worse than 9/11, as far as getting out of there was concerned. I left work at 4:30 and didn't get to Jersey until after 9PM.

I think they had learned their lesson after the blackout of 2002. The chances now, I hope, are slim and none.
