After I come home from a full day at school, I need to take a break, but if I sit and watch TV, go online, take a nap, or exercise, I become really tired and am not be able to concentrate on homework. I usually eat something but that takes like 5 minutes. Anyone have any suggestions?

all you have to do is make a time table.
you come home while watching TV, can eat something
like snack, or drink tea or coffee.
then if you want to take a nap, then put alarm so that
you wake up on time, then if you want you can have
shower, to freshen you up. then you can start your
homework or study.

Try eating something that has protein in it, like peanut butter with an apple. The protein helps provide brain food and energy. Also try walking around, not hard exercise, but something that's stimulates you without exhausting you.

Have a snack and then homework - the break will distract you from the concentration mode you've been in during the day
